Significance
  • Many mushroom varieties have a very short shelf life.
  • Mushrooms are often dipped in potassium metabisulfite (salt solution) to extend shelf life or enhance whiteness, which negatively affects mushroom quality and health.
  • International standards prohibit the use of any chemicals on mushrooms before or after harvesting.

  • Immediate cooling of mushrooms to 4°C within 3–4 minutes.
  • Removes all excess surface water from mushrooms.

  • هذا النظام يقوم بتعقيم الماء، تهيئته، ورشه لحماية الفطر من العدوى القادمة من مصادر المياه.

  • بغض النظر عن مصدر المياه سواء كان من المياه الجوفية أو مياه المدينة، يدعم النظام نمو الفطر بشكل أفضل باستمرار.
